OP Clipper is a hub for clippers: track channels, find videos worth clipping, manage your clip accounts, schedule posts, and keep track of clipping campaigns. The optional desktop app also finds, edits, and can post clips to YouTube on your behalf, using YouTube's API and your own connected YouTube account.
You're responsible for what happens under your account, including anything posted to YouTube through it. Keep your password to yourself.
You own whatever you upload or create with OP Clipper. We don't claim rights to it. You're responsible for having the rights to any video you clip and post — OP Clipper doesn't check copyright for you.
Connecting a YouTube account means OP Clipper can act on it (upload videos, read channel info) within the permissions you grant. Your use of YouTube through OP Clipper is also subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service and Google's API policies.
Don't use OP Clipper to post content that violates YouTube's policies, infringes someone else's rights, or is illegal. We can suspend accounts that do.
OP Clipper is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it'll be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Online Perseverance, LLC. and OP Clipper are not liable for any legal claims surrounding videos or published products exported out of the OP Clipper platform.
NO RETURNS ARE AVAILABLE for subscription services or other payments. Our services are provided as-is, and your subscription payment can be cancelled at any time.
We may update these terms as OP Clipper changes. Material changes will be announced in the app.
